Instrucciones paso a paso
1 - Vaya a CRM> Contactos y seleccione una búsqueda guardada en el menú desplegable o ingrese nuevos criterios de búsqueda y haga clic en el botón Buscar.
2 - Una vez que haya resultados de búsqueda precisos, haga clic en el botón Acciones y seleccione la opción Aplicar / Eliminar etiqueta del menú desplegable.
3 - Elija las etiquetas utilizando una o más de las siguientes opciones:
- Haga clic en el nombre de una etiqueta para seleccionarlo. Mantenga presionada la tecla Ctrl (o la tecla Comando en una Mac) en su teclado para seleccionar más de una.
- Haga clic en una opción "Todas las etiquetas" para aplicar o eliminar todas las etiquetas dentro de una categoría de etiqueta. Esta opción funcionará con todas las etiquetas actuales de esa categoría y todas las etiquetas que agregue a la categoría en el futuro.
- Si no ve la etiqueta que necesita, haga clic en el enlace Crear una nueva etiqueta para agregar uno. Introduzca un nombre de etiqueta y seleccione una categoría existente en el menú desplegable (o introduzca una nueva categoría en el campo "otro" proporcionado) y haga clic en el botón Crear esta etiqueta.
