 - Haga clic aquí para descargar la campaña Asignación de representantes de ventas de llamadas entrantes

2 - Asignar un usuario de copia de seguridad a la tarea de seguimiento
El único paso de configuración es elegir quién es el usuario de copia de seguridad para recibir la tarea de seguimiento; Se trata de una característica de seguridad incorporada para garantizar que cada tarea se asigna a un usuario.

 - Haga doble clic en la secuencia Seguimiento de representantes de ventas.
