Crear campos personalizados
Introducción
Si necesita almacenar información de contacto específica de su empresa o sector, deberá crear campos personalizados. Los registros de contacto y empresa de Infusionsoft ya cuentan con una colección de campos de datos de contacto estándar que se aplican a la mayoría de las empresas (por ejemplo, teléfono, dirección de correo electrónico, dirección de la calle, etc.) Puede agregar hasta 100 campos personalizados por tipo de registro. Los tipos de registro son: Contactos, Empresa, Tarea, Oportunidad, Pedido y Registros del socio de remisión.
Los campos personalizados se organizan mediante ficha, encabezado y campo. Una pestaña contiene una colección de campos que comparten un tipo o propósito común. Los encabezados son subcategorías que agrupan los campos dentro de una pestaña específica. Puede haber varios encabezados bajo una pestaña. Un campo contiene información sobre un contacto. Puede haber varios campos dentro de una cabecera. La imagen de abajo es de un registro de contacto.
Instrucciones paso a paso
1 - Ir a Admin> Configuración
2 - Seleccione un tipo de registro en la lista desplegable y haga clic en Ir
Esta página muestra un resumen de campo personalizado. Puede ver los campos que ya ha creado y agregar nuevos campos personalizados.
3 - Seleccione Campo en el menú desplegable y haga clic en Agregar.
4 - Introduzca el nombre del campo
El nombre es la etiqueta de campo que aparece en un registro de Infusionsoft. Debe ser corto, descriptivo e incluir al menos un carácter alfanumérico. Este es un nombre de campo "backend". Puede personalizar los nombres de los campos de contacto cuando los utilice en prospectos y formularios orientados al cliente y en las páginas de destino.
5 - Seleccione el tipo de campo
6 - Haga clic en Mostrar opciones avanzadas para organizar este campo por pestaña y encabezado.
- Ficha: elija una pestaña de la lista desplegable o agregue una pestaña nueva.
- Encabezado: Elija un encabezado de la lista desplegable o agregue un encabezado nuevo. El encabezado agrupa los campos dentro de la pestaña.
7 - Haga clic en Guardar este campo
8 - La nueva pestaña, encabezado y campo ahora se muestran en el resumen de campo personalizado
- Haga clic en Editar para cambiar los nombres de la pestaña, el encabezado o el campo.
- Haga clic en las flechas para cambiar el orden de los encabezados y los campos.
- Haga clic en Eliminar para eliminar completamente el campo de la base de datos.
¡Advertencia!
Al eliminar un campo personalizado, todos los datos contenidos en el campo se eliminarán para siempre. ¡Este proceso no se puede deshacer!
