Crear un registro de oportunidad

Introducción

Un registro de oportunidad contiene la historia de un proceso de ventas único con un cliente potencial. Pueden crearse automáticamente cuando un prospecto rellena un formulario web, hace clic en un enlace, etc. o se agrega manualmente después de una interacción personal con un cliente potencial. Las oportunidades se adjuntan al registro de contacto del comprador potencial. Cada registro de contacto puede tener múltiples oportunidades (es decir, si un posible comprador pasa por su proceso de ventas inicial más de una vez o si las actualizaciones y negocios repetidos se manejan a través de su equipo de ventas directas también).

Antes de crear un registro de oportunidad manualmente, debe asegurarse de que existe un registro de contacto dentro de Infusionsoft.

Instrucciones paso a paso

1 - Vaya a CRM> Oportunidades en el menú de navegación principal.

2 - Seleccione Agregar una oportunidad en el menú Oportunidades.

3 - Ingrese la información de la Oportunidad

 - Título: El título de oportunidad aparece en la lista de oportunidades. Puede ser un nombre de empresa, un nombre de persona, un nombre de "acuerdo", etc.
 - ID de usuario: Por defecto, el usuario agrega la oportunidad. Seleccione un usuario diferente si debe asignarse a otra persona.
 - ID de etapa: La ID de escenario predeterminada se define en la configuración de ventas, pero se puede cambiar al agregar una nueva oportunidad.
 - Persona: ingrese el nombre del prospecto y luego haga clic en el botón Buscar para ver posibles coincidencias. Haga clic en el nombre de una persona para adjuntar la oportunidad a su registro de contacto.
 - Notas de Oportunidad: Anote las notas pertinentes a esta oportunidad. Estas notas deben incluir información sobre el prospecto o el trato que desea tener en cuenta al hacer el seguimiento con la perspectiva (por ejemplo, puntos de dolor, información familiar, etc.)
 - Acción siguiente Notas: Las notas de la siguiente acción deben indicarle el tipo de seguimiento que debe realizar manualmente (por ejemplo, volver a programar la demostración).
 - Fecha de acción siguiente: La siguiente fecha de acción le indica cuándo debe realizar un seguimiento manual con la perspectiva nuevamente. Podría ser un compromiso firme o una directriz general.
 - (Opcional) Seleccione un paquete de interés de producto: Estos paquetes de interés de productos son grupos estándar de productos que un cliente potencial puede mostrar interés en comprar. Si selecciona un lote, el sistema rellenará automáticamente los Intereses del producto / suscripción para el registro de oportunidad.

4 - Haga clic en el botón Guardar para agregar la nueva oportunidad.

ProTips! - Puede crear oportunidades desde un registro de contacto. Simplemente haga clic en la pestaña Oportunidad (en la fila inferior de las pestañas de un registro de contacto) y haga clic en el botón Agregar oportunidad.
