Introducción

En este artículo se muestra cómo crear y administrar etiquetas en Infusionsoft. También puede crear etiquetas sobre la marcha en varios lugares en Infusionsoft:

 - Mientras que en un registro de contacto
 - Como parte de una secuencia de campaña
 - Al ver los resultados de la búsqueda de contactos
 - Al crear una meta de campaña "Etiqueta aplicada"

Instrucciones paso a paso

1 - Ir a CRM> Configuración

2 - Haga clic en etiquetas en el menú de configuración

3 - Haga clic en el botón Agregar etiqueta

4 - Introduzca el nombre de la etiqueta y (opcional) seleccione una categoría de etiqueta

Nota: Para crear una nueva categoría, escriba el nombre en el cuadro de texto debajo del menú desplegable Categoría.

5 - (Opcional) Puede introducir varios nombres de etiquetas, separados por comas, para crear etiquetas de lotes y asignarlas a la misma categoría.

6 - (Opcional) Agregue una descripción como su nombre o notas sobre el propósito de la etiqueta.
Estas notas le servirán de recordatorio.

7 - Haga clic en el botón Añadir etiquetas para crear la etiqueta.
También puede hacer clic en el botón Importar etiquetas para cargar una lista de etiquetas mediante el Asistente de importación.

8 - Haga clic en el enlace de aplicación de etiquetas para ver y modificar dónde se aplican las etiquetas en una campaña.
Si la etiqueta se aplica en una campaña, puede obtener una vista rápida de dónde se está utilizando la etiqueta en la campaña.

9 - Seleccione la pieza de campaña que desea explorar. En el ejemplo siguiente, la etiqueta se utiliza en un formulario web

10 - Ahora puede activar / desactivar la etiqueta de ser aplicado en esta pieza de marketing
