¡Alerta Legacy! - Esta función se ha sustituido por la secuencia de confirmación de correo electrónico del generador de campañas. Esta función sólo se puede utilizar al crear correos electrónicos fuera del generador de campañas.
Los enlaces de Doble opt-in se utilizan para confirmar la solicitud de una persona para recibir en su correo electrónico campañas promocionales. Generalmente se insertan en un correo electrónico de confirmación que se envía desde un formulario web. Puede utilizar el vínculo opt-in doble predeterminado o crear un vínculo personalizado que desencadene un conjunto de acciones. Cuando el destinatario del correo electrónico hace clic en un vínculo doble opt-in, el estado de su correo electrónico se actualiza a "doble opt-in" y las acciones asignadas a ese enlace se activan automáticamente.

Instrucciones paso a paso

1 - Ir a Marketing> Configuración

2 - Haga clic en Automation Links en el menú de configuración.

3 - Haga clic en el botón Crear Opt-In para crear un nuevo vínculo.
 - Nombre: Escriba el nombre que utilizará para identificar este enlace (los destinatarios de correo electrónico no verán este nombre). Debe ser breve y descriptivo.
 - (Opcional) Enlace Blurb (HTML): Haga clic en la pestaña Editar para agregar texto o imágenes que se mostrarán encima del enlace opt-in doble cada vez que se utilice en un correo electrónico.
 - Texto de enlace: Este texto aparecerá como un hipervínculo en correos electrónicos HTML. El destinatario hace clic en las palabras que ingresa aquí (por ejemplo, "Haga clic aquí para confirmar su suscripción al boletín mensual").
 - Enlace Blurb (texto sin formato): este mensaje aparecerá encima del enlace en correos electrónicos de texto sin formato. Por lo general, dice algo como: "Haga clic en el enlace de abajo para confirmar su suscripción boletín mensual." Nota: No es posible ocultar vínculos con texto o imágenes en un mensaje de texto sin formato.

4 - Haga clic en el botón Guardar para crear el enlace.

5 - Haga clic en la pestaña Apariencia para personalizar el mensaje que verán los destinatarios de correo electrónico después de hacer clic en el enlace de doble opt-in.

 - Campo de combinación para el encabezado opt-in: Por defecto el sistema utiliza el campo ~ Company.Company ~ merge en el mensaje de encabezado ("Su dirección de correo electrónico, ~ Contact.Email ~, ha sido confirmada. .Empresa. "). Este campo de combinación extrae el nombre de empresa que ha introducido en Admin> Configuración> Configuración general. Puede eliminar el campo ~ Company.Company ~ merge y reemplazarlo por un nombre de empresa específico.

6 - (Opcional) Haga clic en la pestaña Acciones para agregar una o más acciones que actualizan automáticamente las etiquetas y / o los procesos de seguimiento.

7 - Haga clic en el botón Guardar y cerrar.

8 - Abra el correo electrónico para editarlo con el generador de arrastrar y soltar.

9 - Seleccione una ubicación para el enlace opt-in doble y luego haga clic en el botón Enlaces para elegir un enlace o crear uno nuevo.

Generador de código: Si crea sus correos electrónicos utilizando el Generador de códigos, tendrá que hacer clic en la flecha del botón Combinar para encontrar la opción Campos de combinación.

10 - El campo de combinación de enlace opt-in doble debe aparecer en el correo electrónico. Se verá algo como esto: ~ OptIn_35 ~

11 - Haga clic en el botón Guardar para guardar la actualización de correo electrónico y haga clic en Cerrar Creador para volver a la plantilla de correo electrónico.

12 - Haga clic en el botón Guardar para aplicar las actualizaciones a la plantilla de correo electrónico.
