Pague un socio de referencia individual
Introducción
Si tiene un gran número de socios de referencia, utilizará el informe de registro de socios de referencia para ver los saldos de las comisiones y emitir el pago. Pero, también puede ver las comisiones y emitir el pago a las personas a través del registro de socio de referencia.
Instrucciones paso a paso
1 - Vaya a CRM> Referral Partners para encontrar el socio que desea pagar.
2 - Haga clic en el botón Inicio más para borrar los resultados de búsqueda anteriores si es necesario.
3 - Haga clic en Editar para ver el registro del socio de referencia.
4 - Vaya a la sección Comisiones. Tenga en cuenta el saldo actual y el saldo total.
- Saldo actual: El saldo actual es la suma de la comisión ganada hasta la fecha. Sólo incluye comisiones por pago en ventas completas. Los retrocesos y los pagos de comisiones anteriores ya se restan de este saldo.
- Saldo total: El saldo total incluye todas las comisiones hasta la fecha, incluyendo las comisiones para la facturación del plan de pagos futuro. Las recompras y los pagos de las comisiones anteriores también se restan de este saldo también.
Nota: estos dos saldos serán diferentes si el tipo de pago para uno o más de los programas de comisiones del socio de referencia es Crédito en el pago del cliente. Los saldos serán los mismos cuando el tipo de pago para todo el programa de la comisión del socio sea Crédito por adelantado en su totalidad.
Por ejemplo
Recibirá una orden por un producto de $100. Usted paga al socio de referencia que le envió al cliente una comisión del 10% sobre este producto. La comisión total para esta orden es $10.
- Si no hay un plan de pago asociado con el producto o si el tipo de pago es "Crédito por adelantado en su totalidad", entonces el saldo actual y el saldo total son de $ 10. El socio de referencia recibe crédito por la comisión completa.
- Si hay un plan de pago de 5 cuotas asociado con el pedido y el tipo de pago es "Crédito en el pago del cliente", entonces el saldo actual es $ 2 (el monto de la comisión ganada del primer pago). Sin embargo, el saldo total sigue siendo de $ 10. Cada vez que el cliente realiza un pago, se agrega $ 2 al saldo actual hasta que se paga la orden completa. Una vez que el saldo se paga en su totalidad, el socio de referencia habrá recibido $ 10 en comisión.
5 - Haga clic en el botón Ver ledger.
6 - Introduzca un rango de fechas de comisión y haga clic en Refrescar Ledger para ver un saldo de pago para ese intervalo de fechas.
7 - Haga clic en el botón Crear Pago e ingrese la Información de Pago.
* Tipo de pago: seleccione un tipo de pago en la lista desplegable (por ejemplo, cheque). Esto debería representar el método que usó para pagar al socio de referencia.
* Fecha de pago: ingrese la fecha en que se emitió el pago.
* Cantidad de pago: ingrese el monto del pago. Esto puede o no coincidir con la comisión ganada para el intervalo de fechas que seleccionó.
* Nota de pago: ingrese una nota sobre el pago. Esta nota aparecerá en el libro de contabilidad del socio de referencia. Los socios pueden ver su libro de contabilidad a través del Centro de afiliados.
8 - Haga clic en el botón Guardar. El pago aparecerá en el libro de contabilidad del socio de referencia.
