Permisos de usuario – Referidos

Introducción

Estos permisos determinan cómo un usuario puede interactuar con registros de socios de referencia. Para acceder a estos permisos de usuario, vaya a Administrador> Usuarios y haga clic en Editar permisos junto al usuario que desea modificar.

Instrucciones paso a paso

 - Puede ver todos los registros: Este permiso controla la capacidad de ver los registros de socios de referencia. Si este permiso se establece en No, al usuario se le niega el acceso a los registros de socios de referencia.

 - Puede editar todos los registros: Este permiso controla la capacidad de actualizar un registro de socio de referencia. Si este permiso se establece en No, el usuario verá un mensaje de acceso denegado cuando intente editar y guardar actualizaciones en un registro de socio de referencia.

 - Puede agregar: Este permiso controla la capacidad de crear nuevos registros de socios de referencia. Si este permiso se establece en No, el usuario no verá la opción Agregar un asociado de referencia en el menú principal.

 - Puede buscar: Este permiso controla la capacidad de buscar socios de referencia. Si el permiso Agregar puede está establecido en Sí, el usuario todavía puede crear un nuevo registro de socio de referencia, pero no podrá buscarlos posteriormente.

 - Puede eliminar: Este permiso controla la capacidad de eliminar socios de referencia. Si este permiso se establece en No, el usuario no verá el botón Eliminar en un registro de socio de referencia o la opción Eliminar asociados de referencia en el menú Acciones en la parte superior de un resultado de búsqueda de socio de referencia.

 - Puede establecer comisiones: Este permiso controla la capacidad de establecer comisiones para los socios de referencia individuales dentro de un registro de socio de referencia. Si este permiso se establece en No, se negará el acceso al usuario si intenta agregar o editar las comisiones de un socio de referencia.

 - Puede ver las comisiones: Este permiso controla la capacidad de ver los libros de contabilidad de los socios desde un registro de socio de referencia o desde el informe del informe de socios de referencia. Si este permiso se establece en No, se negará el acceso al usuario si intenta ver un libro de referencia de socios de referencia.

 - Puede crear pagos: Este permiso controla la capacidad de registrar los pagos de comisiones en los libros de contabilidad individuales de los socios de referencia o los pagos de registros por lotes a través del informe de contabilidad del socio de referencia. Si este permiso se establece en No, el usuario no verá el botón Crear pago en libros individuales ni la opción Crear pagos de socios de referencia en el menú Acciones en la parte superior del informe de registro de socios de referencia.

 - Puede eliminar los pagos: Este permiso controla la capacidad de eliminar pagos en los libros de contabilidad individuales de socios de referencia o de eliminar lotes a través de la búsqueda de pago de socios de referencia. Si este permiso se establece en No, el usuario no verá un botón Borrar al editar un registro de pago en un libro de contabilidad de socios de referencia o en la opción Borrar pagos en el menú Acciones en la parte superior de la búsqueda de pago de socios de referencia.

 - Puede gestionar programas de socios de referencia: Este permiso controla la capacidad de ver, crear y editar programas de comisiones de socios de referencia. Los programas de comisión generalmente se aplican a grupos de socios que ganan la misma comisión. Si este permiso se establece en No, el usuario no verá la opción Programas de  Comisión en el menú principal. Si este permiso se establece en Sí, el usuario puede hacer todo lo necesario para configurar y administrar los programas de comisión.

 - Puede administrar redireccionamientos de socios de referencias: Este permiso controla la capacidad de ver, crear y editar vínculos de seguimiento de referencias. Los enlaces de seguimiento de referencias son los enlaces que los socios de referencia usan en correos electrónicos y páginas web para obtener crédito por sus referencias. Si este permiso se establece en No, el usuario no verá la opción Enlaces de seguimiento de referencia en el menú principal. Si este permiso se establece en Sí, el usuario puede hacer todo lo necesario para configurar y administrar los vínculos de seguimiento.

 - Puede administrar recursos de socios de referencia: Este permiso controla la capacidad de ver, crear y editar recursos promocionales de socios (correos electrónicos, banners y páginas). Si este permiso está establecido en No, el usuario no verá la opción Recursos promocionales en el menú principal. Si este permiso está establecido en Sí, el usuario puede hacer todo lo necesario para configurar y administrar los recursos de correo electrónico, banner y página web para sus socios de referencia.

 - Puede crear registros de afiliados a granel: Este permiso controla la capacidad de crear por lotes registros de socios de referencia para una lista de contactos.

 - Puede fijar el referente de referencia a granel: Este permiso controla la capacidad de un usuario para asignar por lotes a un socio de referencia a una lista de contactos u oportunidades. Si este permiso se establece en No, el usuario no verá la opción de socio de referencia de en el menú Acciones en la parte superior de un contacto o búsqueda de oportunidades.
