Procesar un trabajo de cumplimiento en cola
Introducción
Esta guía le mostrará cómo procesar un tarea pendiente si aparece en su Dashboard.
Un tarea pendiente se asocia más a enviar un regalo, una postal, un kit, un informe gratuito, etc. El trabajo se crea cuando se utiliza una lista tareas pendientes en una secuencia de campañas del generador de campañas. Incluye una lista de personas que deben recibir el correo, y también puede incluir documentos para referenciar o imprimir. Los trabajos se muestran en el widget de tareas pendientes en su panel de control.
Cada trabajo acumulará (o hará cola de espera) a las personas hasta que comience a procesarlas. Después de comenzar a procesar un trabajo específico, el sistema no agregará ninguna nueva persona al mismo. En su lugar, creará un nuevo trabajo la próxima vez que se desencadene la plantilla en la secuencia de campañas. Un trabajo de lista de cumplimiento en cola muestra el estado, el nombre y el número (número de personas en cola), así como un vínculo para ver y procesar el trabajo.
Instrucciones paso a paso
1 - Haga clic en Comenzar junto a la tarea pendiente para ver y comenzar a procesar el trabajo.
Al hacer clic en este enlace se actualiza el estado del trabajo a procesando y el sistema dejará de agregar personas al trabajo.
2 - Haga clic en el enlace de archivo csv para descargar la hoja de cálculo.
3 - (Opcional) Si hay archivos adjuntos adicionales, haga clic en los enlaces de otro documento para descargar o ver los documentos (por ejemplo, tarjeta postal jpg, informe gratuito, etc.)
4 - Haga clic en el botón Completar para quitar el trabajo del dashboard del usuario.
El trabajo puede permanecer pendiente hasta que se procese completamente. No haga clic en Completar hasta que haya terminado realmente el trabajo.
