Introducción

Cuando cree secuencias, comunicaciones, objetivos y otros elementos en el generador de campañas, verá un botón deslizante de estado en la parte superior derecha de cada página de configuración. La mejor práctica es mantener el deslizador en modo Borrador hasta que haya terminado de editar el elemento. Cuando haya terminado, mueva el control deslizante a la posición Listo. El estado Listo indica que el objeto está listo para ser publicado. Para empezar a utilizar una campaña, debe publicarse.

Instrucciones paso a paso

4 – Para publicar una campaña
– Asegúrese de que los objetos de su campaña estén en modo Listo.

– Haga clic en el botón Publicar situado en la parte superior derecha del generador de campañas.

– Después de haber revisado y resuelto cualquier elemento descubierto en la Campaña Cheklist, vuelva a hacer clic en el botón Publicar.

Cada vez que realice cambios en su campaña, tendrá que publicar los cambios.

Tenga en cuenta lo siguiente
 – Vuelva a publicar la campaña cuando mueva objetos alrededor. Mover un objeto no le pedirá que vuelva a publicar la campaña. Sólo le pedirá que agregue, elimine o modifique los objetos de la campaña.
– Si un elemento se cambia rápidamente de listo a borrado a listo de nuevo, se marcará para publicar aunque no se hayan realizado cambios.

Notas importantes del constructor de campañas
 – Revise los objetos de secuencia y asegúrese de que cada comunicación de correo electrónico que ha modificado esté configurada como «lista». Si edita verborrea o imágenes en correos electrónicos «listos», las actualizaciones se aplicarán automáticamente.
– Revise las secuencias de campañas y asegúrese de que estén configuradas en Listo.
– Compruebe los objetos del temporizador dentro de las secuencias de campaña. Si un objeto temporizador no está configurado, los objetos que lo sigan en la secuencia no se ejecutarán (incluso si están listos).
– Publique las actualizaciones de la campaña para aplicar los cambios realizados durante su sesión de trabajo. Los cambios de campaña no están activos hasta que publique la campaña.
– No marque objetos incompletos como Listo ni los publique hasta que estén completos.
