Registro de oportunidades de secuencia de campaña

Introducción

El objeto de oportunidad asigna una responsabilidad del proceso de ventas a un representante de ventas. La oportunidad se trabaja durante un período de tiempo, hasta que el acuerdo se gana o se pierde. Los representantes de ventas usan oportunidades para almacenar notas de procesos de ventas, seguir el progreso de prospectos a través de varias etapas de ventas y mantener un récord de intereses de productos e ingresos potenciales.

Cuando agrega un objeto de oportunidad a una secuencia de campaña, asigna la oportunidad a un representante de ventas específico o a un round robin. También define una etapa de ventas. Antes de configurar los objetos de oportunidad, debe:

- Asignar representantes de ventas al grupo de usuarios de representantes de ventas.
- Establecer un representante de ventas round robin.
- Personalizar etapas de ventas de oportunidad.

Cada objeto de oportunidad debe configurarse individualmente. No pueden ser reutilizados en múltiples secuencias o en más de un punto en la misma secuencia. Si elimina un objeto de oportunidad de una secuencia, sólo se puede restaurar si restaura una versión anterior de toda la campaña.

Instrucciones paso a paso

1 - Haga doble clic en la secuencia que desea editar o cree una nueva secuencia.

2 - Expanda el menú Proceso y arrastre y suelte un proceso "Crear oportunidad".

3 - Seleccione una etapa inicial en el menú desplegable.

4 - Seleccione un representante de ventas de las opciones desplegables.

5 - (Opcional) Seleccione el producto por el cual esta interesado el lead.

6 - (Opcional) De forma predeterminada, se crean oportunidades sin buscar otras oportunidades. Active la opción de "comprobar oportunidades duplicadas" si sólo desea crear nuevas oportunidades cuando no existen otras oportunidades activas.

Esto es especialmente importante cuando se distribuyen las oportunidades a través de un round robin. Se asegura de que cada perspectiva con una oportunidad activa sólo funciona con un representante de ventas a la vez.

7 - Asigne la fecha de vencimiento de la siguiente acción e ingrese las notas de acción.

8 - Haga clic en Guardar para aplicar los ajustes.

9 - No olvide publicar sus cambios.
