Introducción

La página "My Day" consolida las tareas y las citas en una sola página. Con My Day, puede centrarse en un área de Infusionsoft para realizar sus actividades diarias en lugar de saltar a varias páginas en Infusionsoft. El panel izquierdo contiene tareas y citas. El panel grande a la derecha muestra los detalles de las tareas y las citas que selecciona de la izquierda.

Para acceder a "My Day", pase el mouse sobre el icono Inicio y haga clic en "My Day".

Instrucciones paso a paso

1 - Administrar tareas

El panel de tareas muestra hasta 250 tareas asignadas a usted. Las tareas se ordenan por la fecha de vencimiento, luego la prioridad, y se organizan en uno de estos cuatro grupos:

* Vencido - Tareas vencidas
* Hoy - Tareas que se deben hoy
* Mañana - Tareas que se deben mañana
* Algún día - Tareas que no se han asignado una fecha de vencimiento

Cada uno de estos grupos puede colapsarse o expandirse haciendo clic en el nombre del grupo.


Tenga en cuenta: Este estado no se guarda. Cuando salga de MyDay y regrese, los grupos se restablecerán a todos los grupos ampliados. Si no hay tareas en el grupo, el nombre del grupo se oculta. Si hay más de 250 tareas en el panel de tareas, todas las demás tareas se transferirán a la vista "Todas las tareas". Se le avisará que ha superado el límite de 250 exposiciones. Puede hacer clic en el botón Todas las tareas para ver estas tareas.

- Título de la tarea: Si el título de su tarea es demasiado largo, sólo pase el ratón sobre la tarea para revelar el título completo.


- Fecha de vencimiento: la fecha de vencimiento representa la fecha en que la tarea se debe

- Asociación de contactos: si la tarea está asociada a un registro de contacto, aparecerá un icono de persona en la tarea


- Tipo de tarea: puede ser correo electrónico, llamada, cita, carta u otro.


- Icono de prioridad: el icono de prioridad sólo se muestra si especifica una prioridad en una tarea. Las prioridades se han migrado al nuevo modelo de datos de tareas y se representan como puntos coloreados que representan la gravedad de la prioridad. Rojo = Crítico, Naranja = Esencial y si no hay un icono de color = No esencial.


2 - Agregar una tarea

Para agregar una tarea, escriba el título de la tarea en el campo Nueva tarea y pulse Intro en el teclado (o haga clic en el botón Agregar ). Las tareas recién creadas aparecen debajo del campo Tarea nueva y por encima de los grupos de tareas. Estas nuevas tareas incluyen el título de la tarea y un icono de eliminación (lo que le permite eliminar rápidamente una nueva tarea).

Cuando se crea la tarea, se selecciona y se muestra automáticamente en la vista de trabajo. Aquí, se pueden agregar detalles adicionales a la tarea:

-Fecha de vencimiento
-Contacto
-Tipo de tarea
-Prioridad
-Descripción

3 - Editar una tarea

- Para editar una tarea en el panel de trabajo, haga clic en una tarea en el panel izquierdo para seleccionarla.


- Los detalles de la tarea aparecerán en el panel derecho, junto con los iconos para Editar y Eliminar. Haga clic en el icono Editar en el panel derecho para abrir la pantalla de tareas de edición.


- La pantalla de edición es la misma que la pantalla de creación.


Una vez que se ha editado y guardado una tarea, la tarea permanece seleccionada en la lista y el panel derecho muestra los detalles de la tarea. Si se ha cambiado la fecha de vencimiento y la tarea ya no cae en los criterios de visualización de la ficha de trabajo, el panel derecho volverá a la vista predeterminada en blanco.


4 - Completar una tarea

Para completar una tarea desde la pestaña Trabajo, simplemente haga clic en la marca de verificación junto al título de la tarea. La tarea completada se eliminará de la pestaña Trabajar y se archivará en el informe Nota de la tarea en Admin> Informes.


Para las tareas que tienen escenarios (resultados) de finalización de legado que activan la automatización, se le presenta un modal con opciones de escenario cuando se hace clic en la casilla de verificación. Debe elegir un escenario y hacer clic en Guardar para completar la tarea.


Una vez que se ha completado una tarea, los detalles de la tarea se presentan en un estado de sólo lectura y no se pueden eliminar ni editar. Si hay un contacto asociado con la tarea y el registro de contacto está mostrando, seguirá siendo capaz de realizar acciones en el panel de acciones de la tarjeta de visita.

5 - Administrar citas

El panel de citas en la página MyDay muestra sus citas para hoy y mañana. Cada cita incluye:

- Título de la cita (Carácter limitado a una línea Si el título necesita extenderse más allá de una línea, se acorta con elipses.
- Hora de inicio y hora de finalización
- Ubicación (sólo se muestra si especifica la ubicación.)
- Asistente (sólo se puede adjuntar un asistente a una cita).

El panel de citas permite que se puedan ver hasta tres citas al mismo tiempo. Si hay más de tres citas entre hoy y mañana, aparecerá una barra de desplazamiento que le permitirá desplazarse por el panel de citas. No hay límite para el número de citas que se pueden mostrar en este panel.

Tenga en cuenta: La altura del panel es sensible según su resolución.

Altura = 768 px o menos: Una cita aparecerá a la vez
Altura = 800 px: Dos citas aparecerán a la vez
Altura = 960 px o superior: Tres citas aparecerán al mismo tiempo

Las citas consisten en los siguientes elementos:

* Título - El título es obligatorio
* Contacto (opcional) - Si la cita está vinculada a un registro de contacto, comience a escribir el nombre de la persona y elija la persona de la lista desplegable.
* Ubicación (opcional): introduzca el nombre de la ubicación de la cita.
